About the opportunity
At Oz Hair and Beauty we are looking for an employee with Hair and/or Beauty knowledge and experience to aid our customer experience, you will be responsible for providing knowledge on premium hair and beauty products and exceptional client service. Your primary tasks will be to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. By leveraging your expertise in customer service and knowledge of the hair and beauty industry, you will represent the brand professionally, build positive relationships with customers, and contribute to the overall success of the outsourced customer service team.
About You
This role is all about delivering exceptional service to both our customers and our retail teams. As the first point of contact, you'll support enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure our stores and customers receive the best possible experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a professional and timely manner
- Supporting retail teams with customer service needs, product advice, and troubleshooting
- Managing customer escalations and providing solutions in line with company policies
- Maintaining customer records and service logs
- Assisting with order and product information to support stores and customers
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve service-related issues
- Contributing to customer experience initiatives and continuous improvement
Preferred qualification:
- A background or qualification in Hair & Beauty is highly regarded, as it will help in providing tailored advice and support to our customers and retail teams.
