As our ideal candidate, you will be the custodian and champion for your nominated category/categories. You will play a key role in driving business growth, developing strategies, and implementing programs to optimize category performance.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Track and analyze omni-channel category performance across channels, markets, segments, margin, productivity, brand conversion, and stock management.
  • Develop and execute strategies aligned with budget and planning, ensuring maximum ROI and optimal product assortment.
  • Monitor trends, identify new opportunities, and negotiate trade terms to drive business growth.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in account or brand management, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
