Our Disability Support Team
We are a team that values respect and pursues our goal of living our best lives. This includes supporting our participants, employees, and stakeholders to achieve their goals and objectives.
- We are currently recruiting for a disability support professional to work in the South Brisbane area.
The role involves recognising participant goals, objectives, and dreams, and working towards desired outcomes and tangible results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centred support to individuals with disabilities;
- Develop and implement individualised plans to achieve participant goals;
- Build and maintain relationships with participants, families, and other stakeholders;
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Individual Support or a related field;
- Engaging and hands-on experience within the industry;
- Mental Health, High Care, or Complex Behaviours desirable;
- First Aid, Blue Card, and Yellow Card;
- Driver's Licence and own vehicle.

Remuneration: Competitive SCHADS Pay Point 1.3 pay rate.
