Job Title: Operational Improvement Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team as an Operational Improvement Specialist. This role is central to identifying and delivering improvements across operational support functions.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across multiple business areas to analyse processes, define opportunities for optimisation, and contribute to scalable, data-driven solutions.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity that offers the chance to step into a high-impact role supporting real operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and map existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements across multiple functions.
  • Lead the delivery of assigned workstreams, managing tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
  • Support solution testing, implementation, and user adoption, while tracking benefits and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments.
  • Strong knowledge of business support functions, especially within Finance, Commercial and Risk.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and process mapping (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage your own workstream with minimal supervision.
