About the Position

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement software solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions, focusing on excellent service quality and timely delivery.
- Deliver client training, either online or in-person, to ensure effective adoption of our solutions.
- Meet established production targets, driving business growth and success.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned, supporting the team and driving continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Software implementation experience and HTML/CSS skills are highly desirable.
- Self-motivated individuals who can work independently and as part of a project team.
- Certified software administrator certification is required within 90 days of employment.
