As a key member of the senior leadership team, this role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence through data-driven insights and user experience research.

With a deep understanding of operational processes and a focus on achieving timeliness performance targets, this professional works collaboratively with stakeholders to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and service quality improvements.

This role leads key components of the UX strategy, including evaluation research and organisational performance measures, to inform a holistic evidence-based approach to operations.

  • Provides valuable insights to support best practice and operational goals;
  • Makes informed decisions based on sound judgement;
  • Fosters strong stakeholder relationships across the business;
  • Works collaboratively to achieve results and business process improvements.

Utilising various business data systems, including Microsoft 365 applications, case management and workflow management systems, Qualtrics user feedback management system, and STATA, this role delivers high-quality insights for senior decision-makers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designing and delivering research projects to generate actionable insights;
  • Supervising junior team members to undertake business data analysis;
  • Identifying emerging trends and issues from operational data, user feedback, and complaints channels;
  • Contributing to team objectives and strategic planning initiatives;
  • Building and sustaining productive stakeholder relationships;
  • Performing other duties as required by senior management.
