Job Title:

Senior Performance Test Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead performance testing and engineering initiatives across large-scale systems.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of system architecture, performance metrics, and resource utilization.
  • Deliver expert insight into memory, thread dump analysis, monitoring traces and transaction/session flows, workload modeling and tuning recommendations.
  • Develop and enhance monitoring alerts, server health checks, and utilization metrics.
  • Provide clear, actionable reporting and communicate insights to stakeholders with confidence.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • 8+ years in performance testing, engineering, and analysis.
  • Expertise in JMeter scripting and execution.
  • Proven ability to implement AI-driven performance insights and automation tools.
  • Strong experience with system and application monitoring, memory/thread/GC analysis, user session and transaction-level diagnostics.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
