Performance Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of service outcomes, performance, and quality assurance.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated expertise in conducting research, performance monitoring, evaluation, and/or review of programs and policy. They will also possess excellent knowledge translation skills through the interpretation, presentation, and communication of quantitative and qualitative data to diverse audiences.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality results, working collaboratively with stakeholders, and contributing to the success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective performance monitoring and evaluation frameworks
- Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making and program development
- Provide expert advice and support to stakeholders on performance management and quality assurance
- Communicate complex data insights to diverse audiences through clear and concise reports and presentations
Requirements:
- Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., public administration, business, social sciences)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in performance management, research, or policy analysis
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
