About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics and AI Strategist to join our team at KPMG. As a key member of our Enterprise Data and AI team, you will play a crucial role in guiding our clients through transformational changes by leveraging insights derived from data and analytics.

Your Opportunity:

In this leadership role, you will assume responsibility for designing and implementing strategies for data-analytics, AI initiatives, and digital transformation projects. You will lead integration of AI, data analytics and automation in the audit delivery, testing and deploying new data analytics, artificial intelligence, intelligent automation and other audit tools that enhance the effectiveness of audit and assurance services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team that is responsible for designing and developing high-quality, forward-thinking, and innovative assurance solutions.
  • Lead client projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables within the agreed timeline and budget.
  • Supervise and work on diverse transformative projects that impact how data analytics contribute to the audit decision making process and provide insights to our clients.
  • Contribute to business development by creating proposal responses and identifying new opportunities with clients.
  • Collaborate across departments to harness synergies for comprehensive audit technology solutions.

Your Experience:

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics or a related field; a master's degree or Ph.D. is preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, with more than 2 years of leadership experience in client-facing roles focused on data and AI.
  • Proven ability to manage and execute projects in a professional environment.
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, data wrangling, data governance, and data strategy.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and languages with minimum 4-6 years experience working with one or more of the following tools and platforms: Alteryx, Databricks, SQL, Celonis, Python, VBA, PowerBI, Power Automate, Microsoft Azure cloud technologies and Generative AI-powered solutions.
  • Expertise with AI/machine learning platforms including generative AI.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
