About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Data and AI Strategist to join our Enterprise Data and AI team at KPMG. As a leader in data-driven decision making, you will guide our clients through transformational changes by leveraging insights derived from data and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Integration of AI and Data Analytics: Integrate AI, data analytics, and automation in audit delivery to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Design and Implement Strategies: Design and implement strategies for data-analytics, AI initiatives, and digital transformation projects, creating high-value solutions in dynamic environments.
  • Manage Teams and Projects: Manage teams responsible for designing and developing high-quality, forward-thinking assurance solutions, supervise transformative projects, and provide insights to clients.
  • Contribute to Business Development: Contribute to business development by creating proposal responses, identifying new opportunities with clients, and collaborating across departments to harness synergies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics or a related field; a master's degree or Ph.D. is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, with more than 2 years of leadership experience in client-facing roles focused on data and AI.
  • Skills: Proven ability to manage and execute projects, strong understanding of data modelling, data wrangling, data governance, and data strategy, proficiency with data analysis tools and languages (Alteryx, Databricks, SQL, Celonis, Python, VBA, PowerBI, Power Automate, Microsoft Azure cloud technologies, and Generative AI-powered solutions).
  • Average Salary: $145,000 - $170,000 per year.
