Job Description

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for data analytics and artificial intelligence? Do you have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering cutting-edge solutions?

We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our Data & AI team at KPMG. As a key member of our Enterprise division, you will be responsible for guiding clients through transformational changes by leveraging insights derived from data and analytics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data modeling, data wrangling, data governance, and data strategy. You will be proficient in data analysis tools and languages, including Alteryx, Databricks, SQL, Celonis, Python, VBA, PowerBI, Power Automate, Microsoft Azure cloud technologies, and Generative AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team that designs and develops high-quality, forward-thinking, and innovative assurance solutions
  • Lead integration of AI, data analytics, and automation in the audit delivery
  • Test and deploy new data analytics, artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, and other audit tools that enhance the effectiveness of audit and assurance services
  • Supervise and work on diverse transformative projects that impact how data analytics contribute to the audit decision-making process and provide insights to clients

You will also contribute to business development by creating proposal responses and identifying new opportunities with clients. Additionally, you will collaborate across departments to harness synergies for comprehensive audit technology solutions.

About You:
  • Proven ability to manage and execute projects in a professional environment
  • Strong understanding of advancements in the technology space, specifically regarding data analytics, AI, and cloud services
  • Expertise in AI/machine learning platforms, including generative AI
What We Offer:

$143,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience
