About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Data Governance Strategist to lead our AI enablement initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing governance frameworks and programs that ensure the ethical use of AI systems and efficient management of data assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the integration of AI governance principles with existing data governance frameworks.
  • Develop and implement future-proof AI and data governance enablement frameworks to ensure fair, transparent, and accountable AI systems.
  • Design and deliver literacy training programs to educate teams on data governance principles and responsible AI practices.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support business initiatives.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive leadership experience in data and AI governance.
  • Solid understanding of data and AI governance principles, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Project management and program execution skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in implementing data governance programs and managing data ownership and policies.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of $150,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, inclusive parental leave, and access to professional development opportunities.
