### Job Description

As an AI Strategist, you will:

* Champion AI usage across teams, advocate for accessible AI tools, and support skill-building initiatives
* Support the CTO & AI function in executing Suncorp's AI roadmap, focusing on customer problem-solving through human-centered design principles
* Organize and lead AI workshops, ideation sessions, and hackathons to generate and explore new AI applications
* Work with leaders to bring external insights into Suncorp, driving fresh perspectives and exploring new AI opportunities
* Manage the pipeline of AI innovation ideas, identifying concepts for testing and collaborating with the Innovation team on experiments
* Support the team in delivering AI upskilling sessions

### Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A tertiary degree in a business-related field and a strong foundation in innovation, design thinking, and human-centered design
* Proven expertise in innovation and design facilitation, with a background in agile principles and coaching teams in dynamic environments
* Deep understanding of AI principles, ethical considerations, and industry best practices, with practical experience in generative AI applications
* Ability to mentor, build relationships, and drive change with high adaptability and analytical skills

### Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

### Location

This role is based in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne, with flexible work arrangements available.
