Technical Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as an Onsite Services Officer. In this role, you will provide hands-on end-user support to our clients across South Australia, delivering first-class customer service, IT support, and maintenance of excellent Service Call management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide local and remote diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of 1st and 2nd level desktop issues related to hardware, software, or peripheral devices
- Maintain superior knowledge of enterprise level desktop related IT hardware and the configuration of components and drivers
- Work autonomously and as part of a service-orientated team to deliver high-quality support
- Prioritize and manage conflicting critical issues/technical problems
Requirements
- Several years' work in service desk support as well as relevant onsite services experience
- Outstanding communication, collaborative & coordination skills
- Superior knowledge of enterprise level desktop related IT hardware and the configuration of components and drivers
- Prior experience in issues, troubleshooting and resolution of enterprise level desktop IT hardware, software and peripherals
- Networking principals and infrastructure knowledge as well as MS Exchange and Microsoft products for use in a LAN environment
- Ability to work autonomously
- Proven ability to work as part of a service-orientated team
- Excellent time management skills & ability to prioritize & manage conflicting critical issues/technical problems
