Service Excellence Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our hospitality team as a Service Excellence Manager.

  • Team Leadership: Foster a high-performing team of hospitality professionals, guiding them to deliver exceptional meal service with warmth, professionalism, and care.
  • Safety and Quality Assurance: Ensure that meals are prepared and served safely and correctly, accommodating special dietary needs and upholding the highest standards.
  • Calm Communication and Problem-Solving: Maintain calm and clear communication during busy service times, set clear expectations, and identify opportunities for improvement in the guest food experience.
  • Leadership Development: Guide the team through change, pressure, and complexity without adding stress, helping them develop their leadership skills.

About You

  • Hospitality Experience: 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, preferably in a similar leadership role.
  • Calm and Confident Approach: Bring a calm, confident approach to your work, especially during busy moments, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Desire to Lead: Possess a desire to lead people well and be eager to learn and improve leadership skills, including communication, delegation, and problem-solving.
  • Organisation and Adaptability: Be highly organised, adaptable, and ready to make a positive impact on our team and guests.
