Customer Service Role

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and stakeholders.

About the Role

This is a part-time position, working 16 hours per week. You will be required to work every Saturday and Sunday, from 08:00 to 16:30. The role involves providing high-quality customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and developing strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers through regular communication and follow-up.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the aged care sector.
  • Sound computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
