Service Excellence Associate

We are seeking a dedicated professional to deliver exceptional service and advice to our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all interactions align with policies and industry requirements under the Private Health Insurance Code of Conduct.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver customer-focused service and support through various communication channels.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant systems accordingly.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call centre or member services environment.
- Calm, courteous, and professional attitude even under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
- Proficiency in computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
