Customer Experience Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional customer interactions and contribute to our store's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences through responsive service and product knowledge
- Support all elements of store operations including processing transactions, visual merchandising, stock replenishment/deliveries
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
You will work within a collaborative team environment to ensure the store's ongoing development and growth. If you are a genuine team player with experience in a customer-focused role or have a desire for a career in retail, we want to hear from you.
