About the opportunity
As Senior Manager ICT Infrastructure and Service Delivery, you will own the strategic and operational portfolio of NSW SES ICT Infrastructure services.
Leading multi-disciplined teams you will enhance and maintain our server, network and workstation environments, and oversee an enterprise IT Service Desk to provide consistent, high-quality support to members.
In this role, you will partner with ICT business units and external vendors to ensure our technology environments are aligned to NSW SES and government objectives.
In delivering ICT infrastructure, assets and software, you will ensure technology is reliable, and fit for purpose to support service outcomes.

About you
To be successful in this role you will need to:

Proven leader of multidiscipline ICT teams (service desk, infrastructure, vendors).
Hands-on and supervisory experience across core infrastructure, ensuing reliability and high-quality support.
Strong ITIL-based service management across tracking tickets, managing assets, and documenting work.
Experience with desktops, laptops, servers and networks.
Solid cyber security and compliance focus, including patching, vulnerability management and hardening access and governance.
Be able to clearly communicate and contribute positively to projects and procurement processes.
Experienced with Microsoft Intune, desktop management and Azure AD (desirable)
Possess relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience.

You will enjoy a 35-hour work week, with the potential for flexible work arrangements such as a nine-day fortnight or a four-day work week depending on the requirements of the role and operational needs.

Attractive salary range of $149,739 to $173,174 plus 12% superannuation and leave loading.
