
Studio Operations Manager

The Studio Support Lead plays a pivotal administrative, coordination, and organisational role in ensuring the seamless operation of our studio.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel for employees, including flights, accommodations, and transportation; assist with visa applications and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Office Maintenance: Oversee maintenance and repair of office facilities, managing service requests, scheduling maintenance, coordinating with vendors; procure, setup, and repair office furniture and equipment.
- Reception Coordination: Supervise reception activities to ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and efficient handling of incoming calls and deliveries; manage reception staff schedules and provide exceptional customer service.
- Food and Beverage Supplies: Manage procurement and replenishment of office food and beverage supplies, ensuring availability of refreshments for employees and guests.
- Security Card Management: Oversee issuance and management of security access cards for employees, ensuring secure access to the office premises.
- Shift Coordination: Plan and coordinate shift schedules for relevant office support staff, ensuring coverage during business hours.
- Liaison with Building Management: Serve as the primary point of contact with the building management team, addressing facility-related concerns, security issues, and building regulations.
- Onboarding Coordination: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including office tours, presentations, and workstation setup; coordinate welcome kits and introductory meetings.
- Office Health and Safety: Implement and maintain office health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations and a safe working environment.
- Prior experience in a similar role is essential.
- Exposure to dynamic, fast-paced environments is crucial.
- Effective time management and prioritisation skills are necessary.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good working knowledge of facilities and office management requirements.
