Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the daily operations of our studio. This is a part-time, office-based role that requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment, managing visitor flow, and maintaining office supplies. They will also assist with travel coordination, meeting logistics, and other administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the studio to ensure a seamless experience for all staff, clients, and visitors.
  • Manage visitor sign-in, vendor liaison, and delivery coordination while upholding our professional studio presence.
  • Maintain accurate records of office supplies, manage stock levels, and coordinate procurement to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Ensure all studio spaces are clean, tidy, and suitable for use at all times.
  • Act as Health & Safety Representative and First Aid Officer, providing critical support in case of emergencies.
  • Coordinate facilities maintenance, liaising with service providers to address any issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and contractors to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Support leadership teams with onboarding processes, workspace allocation, and space planning initiatives.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
