**Studio Operations Coordinator**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our Video Production Team as a Studio Operations Coordinator.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in event, creative or video related roles who has a strong understanding of key production stages, including consultation, preparation, live switching and post-production.

The successful candidate will have excellent time management and stakeholder engagement skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a genuine interest in technology and live event environments.

Key responsibilities include coordinating and managing live stream events, preparing and setting up the studio for events and film shoots, balancing studio maintenance and upkeep alongside other competing priorities, working collaboratively as part of a team, and delivering high-quality engaging events.

The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, can-do attitude, professional outlook, and demonstrated experience with scheduling, booking and coordinating studio activities.

In this role, you will work closely with the Video and Content Production team to deliver high-quality content for business units across the Department of Customer Service.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that produces engaging content for various stakeholders, while also developing your skills and expertise in studio operations.
