We are seeking a skilled and organized facilities professional to support the smooth operation of our national property portfolio.

About this role:

  • Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in facilities, property or project management and be proficient in building legislation, WHS and maintenance of critical environments.
  • The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and be confident with Microsoft Office and facilities systems.

You will play a key role in preparing and maintaining reports, compliance records and KPI dashboards, managing utility accounts, purchase orders and invoices, coordinating vendor onboarding, meetings and work orders, conducting building inspections and supporting sustainability and energy initiatives.

In addition, you will liaise with stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and projects delivered, assist with ad-hoc tasks across finance, projects and procurement and participate in site inspections nationally and provide after-hours support (on rotation).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilities Management: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports and conduct regular building inspections to ensure compliance with building legislation and regulations.
  • Vendor Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and contracts are executed.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with the coordination of projects across finance, projects and procurement, providing administrative support as required.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in facilities, property or project management.
  • Proficiency in building legislation, WHS and maintenance of critical environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and facilities systems.
