Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to support and enhance our UKG Pro Workforce Management platform.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about workforce management and has experience in analysis, configuration and support of solutions.

You will be responsible for analysing business requirements, designing effective solutions and configuring modules for timekeeping, scheduling and absence management.

In addition, you will manage integrations with Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems, provide Level 2, 3 support and troubleshoot system issues.

Your expertise in key areas such as Pay Rules and Absence Management will also be valuable in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse business requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Configure and implement modules for timekeeping, scheduling and absence management.
  • Manage integrations with Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems.
  • Provide Level 2, 3 support and troubleshoot system issues.
Requirements
  • Experience in analysis, configuration and support of workforce management solutions.
  • Expertise in configuring key modules including Pay Rules and Absence Management.
  • Proficiency in tools like Report Writer and UKG Dimensions Analytics.
  • Strong integration knowledge and excellent communication skills.
