About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workforce Systems Analyst to play a pivotal role in supporting our People & Culture teams with efficient and effective solutions. As part of our dedicated workforce management team, you will administer and maintain the UKG Pro Workforce Management system, ensuring seamless timekeeping, scheduling, and attendance processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and update UKG/Kronos pay rules, accruals, work schedules, and other configurations to meet legislative requirements and company policies.
  • Implement and integrate system updates and new functionalities with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, providing expert support to P&C Operations and Payroll teams to resolve complex problems efficiently.
  • Partner with P&C and technology teams to enhance processes, maintain data integrity, and generate reports to guide informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administering and implementing UKG Pro Workforce Management systems or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of UKG/Kronos pay rules configuration and management, including integration with payroll software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with ability to work independently and across multiple projects.
  • Experience in interpretation of complex Enterprise Agreements and awards, as well as demonstrable knowledge of complex Payroll integrations.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and develop process and procedural documentation for optimal results.
