Key Responsibilities

The Workforce Compliance Application Specialist will be responsible for configuring and maintaining modules to meet business needs.

This role requires strong system administration skills and experience with workforce compliance platforms. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with similar systems, as well as excellent communication and training skills.

The Workforce Compliance Application Specialist will work closely with IT teams to troubleshoot data issues and ensure accurate and complete information is passed to downstream systems.

  • Create and update workflows, forms, and templates as required
