Job Summary

The Lead Client Services role at New Forests is a critical position that supports key initiatives related to profitability and business excellence. Reporting to the Global Head of Investor Relations, this role will coordinate and execute best practices in client services, drive continuous value for clients, and manage day-to-day client issues as well as strategic matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Services Platform Development: Create a value-adding client services platform that meets the needs of institutional clients.
  • Reporting and Communication: Coordinate, manage, and distribute quarterly reporting to clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Investor Meetings: Execute annual investor meetings, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication.
  • Global Client Management: Support the global management of client issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Develop efficiencies and improvements in client services and reporting, enhancing the overall client experience.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise staff in the execution of client services, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Project Management: Excellent project management capability, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Client Management: Direct institutional client management experience, with a proven track record of building strong relationships.
  • Alternative Assets: Experience in alternative assets or impact investing, with a deep understanding of the industry.
  • Communication Skills: Superior writing and editing skills, with excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well under pressure, as part of a team, and to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in investor reporting automation tools.
