As a Client Relations Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction, while also contributing to improving healthcare access for underserved communities.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns. Actively seek client feedback to enhance products and services. Conduct training sessions and provide technical assistance to ensure effective use of products and services. Manage customer data in HubSpot, updating and maintaining records while generating reports to monitor engagement and satisfaction. Identify potential sales opportunities for upselling or cross-selling and communicate these to the Customer Success Manager. Collaborate with the Sales Director and Customer Success Team to ensure a seamless customer journey from onboarding to post-sales support. Required Skills and Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to comprehend and articulate technical details of products and services. Experience with medical or telehealth technology is advantageous. Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM systems for managing customer information and generating reports. Ability to work collaboratively within a team, sharing insights and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals. Capacity to address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently. Strong relationship-building skills, including active listening, patience, and empathy. Ability to identify and communicate potential sales opportunities. Familiarity with HubSpot or similar databases.
