A reputable venture capital firm is seeking a seasoned investor relations professional to drive growth in the SEA region. Job Description

This mid-senior investor relations professional will report directly to the partners and be responsible for supporting fund raising efforts with LPs and current portfolio companies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading future fund raising initiatives, both locally and globally.
  • Supporting partners in creating strategic frameworks and compelling roadmaps.
  • Preparing and developing fund models, roadmaps, presentations, prospectus, and other required data and documentation.
  • Preparing updates for investors on quarterly portfolio performance, investment updates, and investor newsletters.
  • Collaborating closely with the investment and operations teams to understand company strategy.
  • Preparing detailed performance reports for investors and assisting in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and pitch decks.
  • Organizing and facilitating investor meetings, calls, and events.
  • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with existing investors while identifying new opportunities for investment.
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry developments that may impact investors.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

  • At least 6-8 years of experience in investor relations, fund-raising, venture capital, or a related field.
  • A bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in Finance, Business, Management, or Investment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa and English.
  • Strong knowledge of investment, private equity, and/or venture capital.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling and pitch book building.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to local and regional settings.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to create engaging and impactful conversations.
  • Understanding of capital market trends, industry dynamics, and customer trends.
