The Investor Relations Associate role is a critical part of their centralized distribution function, which covers all of their clients' strategies and investors across the spectrum from global institutions, family offices, wealth channels, and individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and Maintain Relationships
Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing institutional clients, ensuring exceptional service and building trust.
Investor Engagement and SupportManage investor engagements, act as primary contact for queries, and distribute information while ensuring service excellence.
Meeting Preparation and CoordinationAssist with meeting preparation, including roadshows, and coordinate logistics to ensure a seamless experience.
CRM and Data AnalysisEffectively use CRM tools to analyze sales data, identify trends, and opportunities, and provide insights to drive business growth.
Reporting and UpdatesOrganize quarterly reporting and investor updates, ensuring timely and accurate information is shared with stakeholders.
Event Planning and ExecutionArrange Investor Relations in-person and virtual events, including annual and mid-year meetings, and quarterly update webinars.
Team Collaboration and SupportSupport team activity, collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance, operations, and investments, and contribute to the development of business strategies.
Virtual Data Room ManagementManage virtual datarooms, ensuring secure and efficient access to sensitive information.
Requirements
- Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with strong academic transcripts.
Experience2-4 years of experience in business, accounting, or finance, with a strong understanding of the asset management fundamentals.
Skills and CompetenciesExceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to contribute to team outcomes. Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Teams.
Personal QualitiesA strong work ethic, resilience, and the ability to deliver under pressure. Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a passion for investor relations and client service.
