Global Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Supply Chain Manager to oversee the effective and compliant movement of goods globally.

You will lead a team and manage third-party providers to ensure on-time delivery, cost-efficiency, and regulatory compliance. You'll develop and execute shipping strategies that reduce risk, enhance visibility, and support supply chain objectives.

  • Manage all imports and exports across Australia, New Zealand, US & Singapore.
  • Lead freight strategy, supplier performance and contract negotiations.
  • Oversee freight cost control, forecasting, and reporting for product margin analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements in all regions.
  • Maintain end-to-end shipment visibility and tracking within ERP systems.
  • Lead and develop the Shipping team, including a Shipping Specialist and Coordinator.
  • Drive process improvements and cost-efficiencies, including container optimization.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across production, distribution, and warehouse teams.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years' experience in freight, logistics, or global shipping management.
  • Proven knowledge of customs/import laws and international shipping regulations.
  • Strong commercial acumen and freight negotiation skills.
  • Experience with Fashion, FMCG, or high-volume product logistics.
  • Excellent time management, leadership, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
