Claims Manager Role

We are seeking a results-driven individual to lead our centralised claims team and foster a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and oversight skills, with the ability to conduct regular reviews, set clear goals, and manage performance improvement plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing effective leadership and management to the claims team.
  • Managing daily activities, focusing on time management and efficiency.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of contractual and legislative requirements.

The successful Claims Manager will be responsible for:

  • Proven track record in the Employment Services sector and ability to meet key performance targets.
  • Effective leadership and management skills, with experience in similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills, with the ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong IT and administrative skills, with experience using electronic Document Management systems.

Required qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in a similar claims management or leadership role.
  • National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
