Claims Management Team Lead

This is a senior role within our organization that requires the successful candidate to lead a team of claims professionals. The position involves managing a portfolio of workers' compensation claims, working closely with clients and their immediate and broader claims teams to deliver cost-effective outcomes for the scheme.

The Claims Management Team Lead will be responsible for dealing efficiently with client enquiries, contributing to planning and delivery of relationship management through regular and constructive communications with clients, visiting clients and legal providers regularly, providing end-to-end claims management, submitting claims reports as required, continuously working towards professional development by attending external and internal sessions, ensuring compliance with Claims Reference Guide including Reinsurance Claims Management Agreement requirements, working effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and managing their immediate team to provide efficient and productive results.

  • Extensive knowledge and insurance claims experience in Workers Compensation and claims
