SASMAR is a leading player in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in personal care and fertility products. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our international team.
The ideal candidate will manage and nurture relationships with key accounts and strategic partners, driving revenue growth and fostering long-term partnerships. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for achieving sales targets and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Negotiation Expertise: Negotiate sales agreements and contracts to meet revenue goals, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to deliver customized solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Perform thorough market analysis to identify trends and new opportunities for growth, staying up-to-date on industry developments and competitor activities.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor sales metrics and prepare detailed performance reports for management, identifying areas for improvement.
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Seek out opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts, maximizing revenue potential.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development or relevant sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to negotiate and build strong business relationships.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and customer data, with competency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients, with effective strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
