Job Title

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to lead the strategic development and management of key initiatives relating to our market leading practice groups.

  • In this role, you will oversee the implementation of the Firm's 2023-2026 Strategy at the practice area level, working closely with senior stakeholders to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
  • You will be responsible for managing individual client relationships and supporting on firmwide pitches / pursuits, as well as mentoring and leading team members.

The successful candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications coupled with legal/client development experience gained ideally from a professional services environment.

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and proactively, excellent stakeholder management skills, and strong project management skills are also essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing the Firm's strategic objectives at the practice area level;
  • Managing and developing client relationships, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities;
  • Mentoring and leading team members to achieve their full potential;
