We are currently seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team in a dynamic operational role.

This position involves providing advice and support on employee relations, disciplinary matters, performance management and grievances. You will also be responsible for managing HR projects, implementing initiatives and communicating with employees across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field and significant experience in operational HR. You will need to be comfortable conducting investigations and managing performance management processes.

Some travel may be required for onsite ER and performance management processes. A full security clearance, police check and pre-employment medical will also be necessary.
