Job Description">

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a range of operational HR functions across the organization. This includes working with various teams to ensure the smooth operation of HR practices and procedures.

Key Responsibilities">
  • ">
  • Undertake scheduled and ad-hoc workforce reporting and forecasting using PowerBI, Excel and Human Resource systems.">
  • Develop, maintain and regularly update databases and registers related to the organization, including full-time equivalent (FTE) and contractor figures.">
  • Quality check documents, forms and information relating to human resource management activities.">
  • Support best-practice establishment management including maintaining accurate human resource management information systems and recordkeeping practices.">
  • Establish and foster collaborative working relationships across the organization and with external stakeholders as appropriate.">
  • Contribute to the development of reports and briefing notes regarding workforce initiatives.">
