We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced rehabilitation consultant to join our services team in Metro Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to take on additional responsibilities and advance their career.

Your caseload will comprise various assessment and case management services across multiple customer portfolios, including Workers Compensation, CTP, DVA, and more.

You will have the opportunity to develop tailored progression pathways to suit your skills and interests, becoming a specialist in areas such as CTP, medicolegal assessment, or subject matter expertise.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality assessment and case management services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist (AHPRA registration), or Exercise Physiologist (ESSA membership and SIRA modules)
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
  • Previous clinical and/or DVA experience desirable
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
