Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage caseloads and apply clinical expertise to enhance return-to-work outcomes.
  • Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs in collaboration with employers and employees.
  • Work closely with injured workers, employers, medical professionals, and allied health experts to achieve optimal return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes.
  • Assist clients in achieving return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes through assessments and treatment plans.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Registered Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration.
  • Previous experience in occupational rehabilitation is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
  • Compassion, empathy, and strong time management skills are highly valued.
