Senior Rehabilitation Consultant

We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned rehabilitation expert to join our dynamic team in Sydney. This role offers additional responsibilities and the chance to take your career to the next level.

Your caseload will consist of assessment and case management services across various customer portfolios, including workers compensation, CTP, DVA, and more.

Our tailored progression pathways cater to your skills and interests, providing opportunities to become a specialist, medicolegal assessor, subject matter expert, portfolio manager, relationship manager, technical specialist, or team leader.

Qualifications
  • Occupational therapist or physiotherapist (with AHPRA registration) or exercise physiologist (with ESSA membership and SIRA modules)
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in occupational rehabilitation
  • Previous clinical and/or DVA experience (highly regarded)
  • Current police clearance and working with children check
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude, and positive approach; and
  • Genuine commitment to continuous improvement
