About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced customer service professional to join the front office team at NRMA Parks and Resorts. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the front office department and ensuring the highest possible standards of efficiency and professionalism in the Guest Services area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide managerial oversight and daily coordination to the front office team, including task allocation and team rosters.
  • Ensure effective communication and liaison with other departments and Resort Management to guarantee a smooth operation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Recruit, train, and develop front office staff to achieve high performance standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to front office operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing customer service teams in a hospitality environment.
  • Effective time management and attention to detail.
  • Passionate and team-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays as required.
  • CRM system experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
