
Channel Sales Leader

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our channel business in Australia.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase sales revenue through the channel
- Lead a team of direct reports to achieve sales targets and expand market share
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on plans and meet quarterly objectives
- Coach and develop indirect reports to help drive a coordinated and consistent channel strategy
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree common
- 8+ years of applicable work experience
- Proven sales success with ability to lead teams and develop advanced solution selling concepts
- Familiarity with industry direction and customer strategic business plans
