
Senior Employee Relations Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation in the health and community services sector. As an experienced Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for supporting operational HR functions and employee relations across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Onboarding: Prepare and manage employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
- Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- HR Support: Provide timely advice on People & Culture queries and assist with system-related activities.
- Workplace Investigations: Support workplace investigations and contribute to a positive, compliant workplace culture.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 23 years' experience in a HR role.
- Skills: Exposure to ER/IR matters and workplace investigations, sound knowledge of employment laws.
- Aptitudes: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
