Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as a senior specialist in employee relations. The successful candidate will work closely with the business to manage high-risk issues, such as workplace investigations, conduct, ill-health, redundancies, and restructures.

This role requires strong partnership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to influence business leaders at all levels of the organisation.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for employee-related matters, providing practical and effective solutions to complex problems.
  • Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners, General Counsel's office, and other Talent Centres of Excellence to execute wider Talent projects.
  • Coach and mentor Employee Relations Advisors to ensure sustained solutions to individual employee matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Employee relations case management experience.
  • Knowledge of legislative and statutory requirements.
  • Able to stay up-to-date with emerging matters, including case law, legislation, and award changes.
