
Senior Employee Relations Manager

We're seeking an Employee Relations Professional to support a high-performance culture. As a senior specialist, you'll manage complex issues, including workplace investigations, conduct, and employee relations matters.
You will partner with HR teams, General Counsel's office, and other Talent Centres of Excellence to execute projects that align with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coaching and mentoring Employee Relations Advisors
- Partnering with all levels of the business to create sustained solutions to individual employee matters
This role offers hybrid working arrangements with flexibility to work from home. It can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
Key Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess:
- Influencing and partnering skills to work with business leaders at all levels
- Employee relations case management experience
- Knowledge of legislative and statutory requirements
