We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Financial Planning to lead our finance function across Reporting & Compliance and FP&A, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic financial plans that support business growth and performance monitoring
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to drive financial planning and decision-making
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling to inform executive decisions
  • Manage treasury operations and risk management to optimise financial health
  • Foster a high-performing finance team through development, performance management, and succession planning

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years' post-qualification experience and technical accounting expertise
  • Proven leadership experience within complex financial environments, with a solid grasp of financial reporting requirements
  • Deep understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and performance management in dynamic settings
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
