We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Front Office Professional to provide exceptional support with daily office coordination duties in the Sydney CBD and surrounding areas. This is a temporary role, with immediate starts available for short-term contracts.
About the Position:- Meet and greet visitors/clients upon arrival, providing a warm welcome to our office.
- Daily office coordination tasks, including setting up meeting rooms, organizing drinks/catering/events, and ensuring seamless logistics.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our business operations and customer relationships.
- Organize and monitor couriers for pick-up and delivery, maintaining efficient communication with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate facilities management and process orders/invoices with precision.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with impeccable presentation and communication abilities.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Reception or Front of House roles.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, enabling you to navigate complex situations with ease.
- Proven ability to self-manage and work well under pressure, meeting deadlines with confidence.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality results under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, utilizing software tools to streamline processes.
