This role offers a unique opportunity to work as a strategic partner, ensuring the Managing Director's priorities are aligned with business goals.
You will be responsible for providing high-level EA support, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation.
- Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your organizational skills to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, fostering collaboration and driving results.
- Oversee office operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and vendor management.
As an experienced Office Manager, you will have a proven track record in juggling competing priorities, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving abilities, and maintaining a positive solutions-focused mindset.
We are seeking someone who is tech-savvy, confident with Google Suite, Keynote, Excel, and collaboration tools.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential to go on permanent. You will have the opportunity to shape the Sydney office culture while working with teams around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director.
- Manage office operations, including facilities, vendors, and catering.
- Coordinate budgets, prepare presentations, draft communications, and manage purchase orders.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience as a PA/EA, Office Manager, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with executive presence and discretion.
- Tech savvy, with confidence in Google Suite, Keynote, Excel, and collaboration tools.
