Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Administrator and Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director in a full-time, permanent role based in Sydney, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring an efficient and pleasant workspace.
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, offsite meetings from planning to execution.
  • Coordinate travel requirements including airfares, car rentals, and accommodation.
  • Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked and functioning smoothly.
  • Provide administrative support to all office members.
  • Perform other ad hoc administration duties as required.

Requirements:

  • 2 years or more experience in office management or administrative roles.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and interact professionally with individuals both inside and outside the organization.
  • Ability to remain calm, prioritize, and adjust with business needs.
  • Genuine interest in helping and supporting others.
  • Passion for people relations and must be a team player.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
