About the Role

This 12 month fixed term opportunity is seeking a skilled Land Access and Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to provide technical support and advice to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist technical support and advice to key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure land access and stakeholder engagement activities are effectively implemented, consistent with regulatory and policy frameworks.
  • Regularly engage with various external stakeholders, including Local Government Authorities, Statutory Approval Authorities, Utilities, corporate building owners, institutions, and strata managers.
  • Interface with nbn Delivery Partners and internal customers, working collaboratively to enable resolution of enquiries, complaints, incidents, and objections in line with relevant Service Level Agreements (SLA's), business processes and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements

  • Experience in the interpretation and application of heritage and environmental legislative frameworks.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, research, written and oral communication skills.
